Business Therapy

Thinking beyond sales. As a business, sales isn't the only benefits you get to achieve or should be your solely measure for your business growth.

There are lots of things you benefit that are sales building blocks and momentum to increasing your revenue or sales demands that also should be in focus.

When it comes to growing a reputable business, quality, solutions and innovation should be your goal which then automatically results to sales.

A relatable example is Fruitville Asaba. You remember the client experience i shared a month ago about a client wanting sales right after a month he hired my agency to manage his social media page "Instagram" one of his quick shots at me was that no sales has come in.

And this agitated me cos my agency was his first time of 5 years in business he has actuall posted daily 5 to 6 post at different set hours of each day for a month.

This made me log out of his page in irritation and lack of how it works. I reminded him that i never promise instagratification.

A week after things has been resolved with help of his superiors chioma (Thanks chioma for being a libra and settling things without ass kissing but showing up truthfully and transparent). I took back management of the page. This lead me to notice a few numbers of orders that were already starting to follow in.

The Toxic Culture Psychological of Nigerians.

I just saw a Nigerian version of The Night show on coolfm wazobia or so. And it made me remember my days in Spice Tv. How many television show content was dismissed because some bloody channel manager thought it wouldn't fly simply because its not yet seen on E! Or sampled off any western television.

This same theory proved itself of its point it seeked to enlighten me when susan spoke about her strategy meeting at her a supposed 360 marketing agency she works for that has the no depressing pay

I happened to be present observing what was discussed in one of those strategy meetings she had remotely

How ideas are trashed simply because it hasn't been done any where else in the world

This ment that, they want something that can be copied and modeled after without being in the actual process of authenticity of which was what birth the solution that we see.

But then we as Nigerians are only concerned about result, sales, solutions , rewards but never willing to go through the needful process.

What is that?

Instagratification

And many other toxic traits or say overly fixated traits.

This why Nigeria is a Get Quick Rich Egocentric Cultured Nation.

This is why the average Nigerian will confidently refuse to invest in the process of a result but be the same person to go overboard , back doors, all manner of atrocities just to get the result.

Wouldn't it be easier investing in the process?!

But no.. a Nigerian will better miss out gladly on the process required and then pay double and way more to get just only the result part.

Yes, i know my country.. just like i am self aware and self knowing and mastering so i am self aware of the toxic culture psychology of Nigerians.

But here was the statement that lead to this article here

"You can not sustain what was just copied and paste"

The original channel for copy and paste is Franchising but because stealing what isn't yours without credit is a Nigerian flag.. the culture of copy & paste is how Nigeria has been building its commerce and every infrastructure. A more reason why it could not be sustained

We forget that for every successful show we see on any developed country media has gone through its due process of experimentation and failures. It is the best we see and then rush off to copy it without knowing what intentions fueled it or motives or ethos or ethics or state of mind or value principles... fu***ng nothing...

We just want to copy the glory!!

And pretend to know or be grounded or be rooted when it is just one baby wind or storm that is enough to destory it

The foundation isn't strong... but Nigerians don't even care for the foundation,let alone it be strong. The same psychology culture that brought a set of unauthorized story buliding in ikoyi that took lives away. (Built with inferior material on top of it) lol.

No government is our problem... Nigerians are the problem of Nigerians

And because of this culture of chasing after the glory and result is what births the Egotistical toxicity of Nigerians.

This is why statements like... do you know who i am or who are you!

Its a constant pull and drag of the root cause of chronic Self identity Victimhood and Low self Esteem.

An average Nigerian's self worth is dictated by the material privileges they have access to or own.

Have you tried corrected a Nigerian?

It ends in you been accussed of insulting them even when their obvious lack smells or their ignorance.

So, if you're an Ambitious Nigerian who hasn't sat down to heal whatever general collective trauma passed down from the ill inhuman exprience of our ancestors and by their own lack of growth or value principle transformation within their own personality or cultural collectiveness... you will always be a piece of rag and a s**tty skilledful individual who when in the sit of leadership will be s**tty, toxic, incorrectable , lacking accountability and abusive to both their position of services to the people and the collective growth.

So when you point to a wicked or lacking leadership government, also point to your lacking leadership families, parents, elders and your s**tty self who will do a wrong and not hold thyself accountable or who never paid attention and love to your own behaviors and make sure you are in balance of all your authentic self.

No, you would rather block me like my formal flatmate who blocked me and called me ungrateful and entitled for asking her the where about of my cooking gas in her possession for safe keep till i get back from Ghana.

She said and i quote " its the entitlement for me"

And i usually in my expanding better self, i asked her, please correct me if i am wrong for asking you to gice account of the where about of my gas cooker you casually typed " that your gas, i can't find remember and something like she being too busy to even notice it.

But she is a fountain of life church goer...

She is a flatmate disturbing me with loud ass prayers

But she is part of those prayer for a change of a "bad" government.

We want a Jesus to wash with his free blood but never willing to practice daily the characteristic of what message the same Jesus came to set sample of by living that life as a human.

Inbetween i have just been feeling of saying, this is what your fu***ng country is truly is on a core level of beliefs and values

Why do you not have your email address aspart of your company contacts on your social media pages as an existing company or function business?

Yesterday like every other dsy of me scouting through Instagram. I noticed that for each 10 IG pages i saw, there wasn't either a contact means at all or an absence of an Email contact as an option.

At first it annoyed me and i could feel my face swelling every other time i was ment with the same absence of Email on the business account.

Why are you feeling irritated now my inner voice asked me?

Me :This is a business page and they didn't they should have all forms of contact options?

This i said while holding back on commenting "why the hell such business didn't have an email.

Like its a bloody business! You ought to have an email contact always.

Yes its a fu***ng must dear business owners.

Your Email is your first intellectual property of reaching you directly after the invention of it.

And speaking of the invention of EMAIL, it was an innovation birthed from the staples center of the America intelligence by academias.

Meaning that your Email address is your intelligence and formal /professional / academic /etc a paramount medium of contact and communication.

So it annoyed me greatly why any serious and ready to do business or to be communicate isn't prioritized.

Look, there are something that are fundamental and foundational that you should never fu***ng joke around with or get carried away with being on trends. These sent of things must always remain

The Importance of Email As an optional means of contact.

Email is one means of contact for communication that is the motherboard for all social media platforms - therefore its relevance is huge and should never be taken lightly.

All your social media platforms need your email as some point in time to verify your account.

And so it is the ever primary means to communicate formally and especially for the purpose of intelligence/professional or business reasons due to its founding history and reason for existence.

It was a solution created from the America intelligence department to keep communication between certain intelligence agencies and spaces.

So as a business, you're first seen as an intellectual entity agency.

Dear Nigerian Businesses,

You face a higher risk of shutting down if you can't see pass your nose of a money lens and not invest into your marketing and brand communication strategy.

Because of your money lens aka greed, you will keep hiring the wrong hands and slowly you will drown because you want cheap labour and lion sales but completely refusing to hire quality talents.

As public relations strategist and creative marketing consultant, i have sat with many Nigerian busineses who want lion sales and awareness but are giving in Lizard unrealistic budgets.

Some will banter about how some other PR or sales marketer didn't do their job and therefore they don't want to be beaten twice.
Lol...

These set of business owners are completely lacking in the concept of business being a calculated gamble. The rule is, you get what you give in. At most its exploring what could be your next generational wealth once gotten right.

I don't personally respect anyone who primary job is to cut cost at all cost. And this been said is i have listen to such person speak and all i hear is cheap ass lack of discernment to an actual cost opportunity eye or understanding.

Such person always cut cost at the growth and innovation of the company. So for one i know that cost effective never equals to cutting cost and wearing a fu***ng shinny armor on it if your cutting of cost has never scaled the business in its outlook on brand image and brand trust.

Cutting cost and then hurting your human resources and capital department by under paying them.

Cutting cost and then reducing your branding quality. Like your advertising and marketing flyers are s**t and bland

Cutting cost and not providing training benefite for your staffs but you want them to give you the best after draining them from a monday to friday and many times Saturday.

refusing to make better living amenities like the lounge i was to PR for who was comfortable not giving adequate sleeping conditions, a staff was already down with malaria, no basic meal for weeks, etc but yeah they want to increase revenue to 10million monthly at the expenses of lifes who are the exact people helping you to grow. please let it makes sense so i can explore such perspective. but you're fu***ng cutting cost.

cutting cost is a greed language for Nigerian businesses. and with evidence given of several businesses- it is a term when you hear you immediately abort such interest to work or give your life force energy to.
