OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT REGIBRANDZ
My attention has been drawn to a social media post in circulation authored by Ms. Josephine Afful containing claims about Regibrandz, which claims are false, misleading and damaging.
While I respect every client’s right to share their experience, the statements shared are misleading and create a false impression of the facts.
For clarity:
• Our original project with Ms. Josephine Afful was sometime in 2018/2019 for yoghurt & product label designs.
• Ms. Afful requested adding barcodes on the labels. Barcodes generation was never part of my services, and this was clearly communicated.
• Ms. Afful later supplied barcode files which we placed on the labels for printing purposes and when it did not work, she terminated our service sometime in 2019.
• The recent contact in February 2026, 7 years after the initial service, was a new request to fix the same barcode issue on the same labels.
• No payment has been made and no formal engagement exists between us.
• Any statement that I accepted payment and failed to deliver is false.
In our recent interactions, I did indicate to Ms. Afful my inability to take on her task due to my on-going professional commitments. At her persistence, I indicated a willingness to assist purely as a goodwill gesture, but which has unfortunately delayed due to on-going work and other emergencies. Although I do regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused, this was not a formal engagement, no payment was made and the assistance offered was purely a goodwill gesture.
The publication of partial communications and images of my person to support a misleading narrative is however concerning and does not reflect the full context of our interaction. The narrative that I have accepted payment and refused to deliver an agreed project is also equally untrue.
I therefore urge Ms. Afful to retract and correct these statements and I do reserve the right to pursue any further action, including for defamation.
Regibrandz has built its reputation over the years on professionalism, transparency, and quality service, and I remain committed to maintaining those standards.
