W/R. TARKWA CIRCUIT COURT CHARGE ON MANAGER OF GASO FUEL FILLING STATION AT WASA GYAPA FOR STEALING HUGE SUM MONEY IN THE COMPANY.
The Tarkwa circuit court presided over by Her ladyship Hatti Abena Manu has granted bail to the general manager of Gaso fuel service station at Wasa Gyapa in the Amenfi East municipality of the western.
The accused person Sylvester Koomson and one Joseph Teye were allegedly charged for stealing Ghc.12 billion Ghanaian old currency from the company and again disconnected the CC TV camera monitoring all activities at the premises.
In the trial, the accused Sylvester Koomson and Joseph Teye were granted bail to the sum of Ghc. 800, 000 Cedis with three (3) sureties each and justification.
The case has been adjourned to 9Th February 2024 for next court hearing.

Adum-Banso was established in 1811. Its initial territorial control went from where it is now to Takoradi. It, however, lost in the Ahanta wars, which led to the reduction of its territorial control. Nana Kwandoh Brempong I, the king of Adum-Banso, poured libation as a way of blessing the construction works of Takoradi Harbour back in 1927.

The King of Adum-Banso, Nana Kwandoh Brempong I, poured a libation for the construction of Takoradi Harbour in 1927 in recognition of the town's former status as a dominant force in Wasa territory.
