ALL CHRISTIANS MUST VOTE
Casting Lots was common practice in scripture. In certain cases, God recommended it to help determine his choice. The biblical sages believed God determined all chance and opportunity and an unrigged lot always served well in determining the will of God on matters.
Proverbs 16:33 KJV The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.
Acts 1:26 KJV And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.
Voting is an act where we exercise our franchise as citizens through casting of lots (balloting) to determine God’s will of a Leader for our time. A fair, unrigged ballot always determines God’s choice. This also implies that an unfair and rigged ballot always choose an evil and unrighteous leader.
The Sovereignty of God is such that his will cannot be controlled or denied in all nations of the earth. God decides where we are born and to which race and nation we belong. Every human child given by God is purposed from his goodwill and contributes to his works towards humankind. Service to God and country is our obligation as God’s children.
Acts 17:26 KJV And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
Every Christian thus must take voting seriously and understand their civic duty serves Godly purposes. Hence, a Christian cannot be partisan, tribal, racially perverse, or inducible in their pursuit of choosing a leader that God has destined to rule.
When selecting a candidate, it's important to avoid being swayed by promises, wealth, personal gain, tribal ties, religious similarities, fear, or distrust, as these factors do not align with God's will. It is important we foster the will of God on this earth as the right leader will be inspired by God to serve the peoples best interest, and the wrong leader will be inspired by greed and darkness to serve the worst interest of his people. God's will is beneficial for everyone and serves our best interests.
Jeremiah 29:11 KJV For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
May God Bless you!
