As a Colorworks International Project Manager, you will be at the exciting coal face of the implementation and delivery of global retail experiences for world famous brands. Based in Gibraltar you will work with remote teams throughout EMEA to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a smooth customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
What you'll do:
- Understand and execute project implementation plans with responsibility for outcomes, timelines, teams and other resources required;
- Source cost estimates, track expenses and ensure the project is delivered within budget;
- Effectively navigate varied client systems and software;
- Lead all communications on the project, ensuring the project status, milestones, risks and issues are communicated to management and then to the client;
- Build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador for and proactively promoting the business.
What you'll need:
- Complete fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are always an advantage;
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager or in a Project Support role;
- Excellent knowledge project management methodology;
- The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in line with project deadlines and team goals;
- Experience providing and negotiating client and supplier quotations in line with project budgets;
- The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders;
- An understanding of warehouse and inventory stock management;
- Sound IT skills with knowledge of Team Haven, Monday and Quickbooks.
Remuneration: circa 25k - 35k commensurate with experience
