Pepsi we love you, but get a grip. You are actively losing the branding war to your biggest competitor, Coke.
This study done in 2004 might be from over a decade ago, but it still applies to the branding world now. If your branding doesn't look good or attractive, nobody will buy from you. It's really that simple.
It doesn't matter the taste, experience or effort you put into it; first impressions are what matter. The feeling and appearance your brand alludes is one of the most important things you should consider.
