2yolk is looking for an Account Manager to join our boutique branding agency.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to be close to clients, strategy, and creative work — and build a strong foundation in branding through real projects.

What you’ll do:
Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Support branding and communication projects from brief to delivery
Work closely with Management, the Creative Director, and the creative team
Help translate client needs into clear briefs and presentations

What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in an account, project, or agency role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in branding, strategy, and creative processes

A brand with a cult following and a cheeky sense of humor, ΜΠΑΡ ΜΠΕΕ ΚΙΟΥ has long stood out in Greece’s casual dining and burger scene. Our challenge at 2yolk was to evolve the brand - strategically and visually - while keeping its signature personality intact.
We redefined the brand strategy and refreshed its visual identity, blending contemporary design and witty storytelling without losing its playful core.
The new logotype retains the brand’s iconic three-line structure but introduces modern typography inspired by stacked burger layers. Bold, structured, and deliciously impactful, it elevates recognition while honoring the original design. A bespoke MMK monogram now serves as a compact signature across packaging and communications.
The updated tone of voice - mixing Greeklish and English - adds rhythm and spontaneity, reflecting the brand’s smart humor. In-store materials feature humorous illustrations, themed placemats, and bold environmental graphics, while packaging design embraces confident typography to express the brand’s “always exaggerating” spirit.
In collaboration with architects, we extended this expressive language into the physical space, creating a cohesive, immersive dining experience.
This rebranding bridges ΜΠΑΡ ΜΠΕΕ ΚΙΟΥ’s legacy with today’s audience - keeping it relevant, expressive, and unapologetically fun.

This year, NAPA is having an honourable guest from Greece – George Karayiannis ! 🇬🇷

George is the Creative Director, Strategist, and co-founder of 2yolk Branding & Design - an independent agency based in Athens, driven by the philosophy that exceptional design and result-oriented strategy can and should be combined. Under his direction, 2yolk has won numerous distinctions and awards in global and local design competitions, including Pentawards, Red Dot, and German Design Awards.

He is a member of the EDEE’s Branding & Design Council, serving as the Council’s chairman and a member of the board of EDEE as its representative. George also hosts "Branding for Greeks," a podcast exploring the dynamic intersection of branding, design, and business in the Greek context. Always open to learning new things, he enjoys traveling and immersing himself in new cultures.
