is a plant-based movement challenging the impersonal nature of modern dining. Guided by the motto "Experience Unprocessed", we developed a visual identity that deconstructs polished perfection to celebrate the raw and the authentic.

The branding balances refined aesthetics with nature's honest grit. The central "E" symbol and the brand’s linework are directly inspired by the cultivation rows of vegetable gardens, designed with a rough, hand-etched feel, as if drawn into the soil.

This system extends to a series of custom illustrations depicting fruits and vegetables. Utilizing the same "unprocessed" stroke, these elements function as standalone icons or organic patterns.

Every year, the Faze Christmas gift is a sacred tradition for us—a chance to channel our love for design and illustration into the 'most wonderful time of the year.' But let's be real: besides 'most wonderful,' it's also the most hectic time of the year. So this year, instead of a physical product-gift, we decided to offer our friends, clients, and partners the 'Faze Wrapping Paper': a limited edition gift wrap to dress the presents they’ll give to their own loved ones.

The design is a multi-layered, full-color illustration, packed with characters and situations we all love to hate during the holidays. The project evolved into a living design experiment: all five designers/illustrators of the studio worked on the same canvas, finishing each other's lines and blending our different styles into a single, chaotic, and wild visual outcome. The result was printed in 250 numbered copies, capturing our collective energy and the humor that kept us creative throughout a demanding year.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily client engagement and account management.
• Leads projects at an operational level and act as the primary point of contact for client
• Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects to creative team.
• Collaborate with colleagues/ partners to manage creative campaigns or other projects
• Collaborate with production & creative team to ensure seamless project implementation
• Client invoicing
• Work on a variety of disciplines and projects both print and digital (branding, packaging, etc.)
• Development of new partnerships with suppliers and communication with external partners
• Stay updated on industry trends, marketing developments, and creative insights, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in an advertising/creative/communication agency
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications related
• Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities
• Ability to meet deadlines while working closely with several teams internal & external
• Fluent English speaking & writing

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated interest in branding and digital
• Strong willingness to grow and learn more about the services provided by the studio.
• Strong deck creating skills - both in content and structure
• Agility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Initiator, highly self-motivated, doer attitude, optimistic, and good vibes.
