The menu moves between the familiar and the contemporary, featuring dishes distinguished by character and balance. The salmon souvlaki with tabbouleh and wild greens offers a fresh, modern take on Greek tradition, while the crab pasta with stuffed pasta delivers a richer, more indulgent seafood comfort experience. Also standing out are the mussel pasta with lemony vongole sauce and the tagliatelle with squid ink — two dishes that highlight the sea with intensity and finesse. | Eleni Koubi is a Greek fashion designer that designs and creates contemporary clothing inspired by the Greek traditional costume. Her work includes couture and custom-made pieces featuring hand-painted and embroidered details, all entirely handmade. In 2025, she opened her first boutique store in Spetses, introducing ready-to-wear collections alongside her couture work. The space brings together feminine party dresses, timeless everyday pieces crafted from natural fabrics, and the artisanal approach that defines the brand. The store also features silk scarves inspired by Greece and the island of Spetses, as well as a collection of men’s linen shirts with hand embroidered details.
