PSA: The best ads are written by your own team 😏
How do you turn a “workplace” into a “work home”? You build it with people like her.
Our colleague Kristen shared her honest take on breaking “limiting beliefs” about work, and she perfectly captured the POAC vibe we’ve always strived for: shoes optional, dogs welcome, colleagues who bond outside of work, and yes, even bosses who cook.
Swipe up to step into her shoes, and experience POAC from her point of view!

/The Confessions of a Closed-Off Middle-Aged Woman in the Workplace/
Having worked for several years now, I’ve inevitably developed certain stereotypes about “work”: the boss is the boss, colleagues are just colleagues, work is just work, and clocking out means clocking out.
Thus, as someone with a strong inclination toward self-growth, I set an intention to go to work with the goal to break such beliefs, and find a workplace that cultivates me while getting paid.
So, it is with countless intricate connections, that I stumbled my way into POAC.
Within half a year, I’ve already tucked away countless precious experiences.
And since sharing joy multiplies it, let me share a few moments that would make any office worker envious!
1. The freedom to take my shoes off at work to let my toes breathe freely~
2. There are dogs in the office that gives you heaps of emotional value!
3. Colleagues actually hang out together outside of work, and nobody gossips about the company or the bosses (is that even possible?)
4. Colleagues invite the entire company to housewarming parties
5. The boss personally cooks and serves everyone~
I never thought I’d one day use “homey” to describe a workplace, but POAC truly fits the bill, and then some.
