Day 1 : Moustache (or mustache as the Yanks spell it)

It’s been a long time since I’ve done anything creative just for the fun of it. Working in education can be incredibly exhausting but equally rewarding. Seeing the children I help teach blossom into confident young creators makes my heart soar.

Being busy means I don’t get much free time to create things for myself. But over the Easter break I did. I used the prompts from last year. A goal I have had for a long time is to finally complete an Inktober prompt list… even if it’s not in the month of October.

This is my take on prompt one.

Anyone spot the Kellett Tram in HK yet? Proud to see my school and students work displayed for all of HK to see.

The school turns 50 this year and there’s a big celebration coming up for it. The school worked with the incredible sisters Becky and Lucy from .and.do.hk to create a beautiful tapestry that has been designed to fit on this tram 🚃

This is my 4th time seeing the tram on my way home from work. Have a look and see if you can spot it.

(There’s 300 more children who know how to sew because of the skills taught and used to create this masterpiece. I think that’s a major win!)
