A combined effort between the fabulous Don't Throw Me team and the Jump design and developer teams, this marketplace is a breeze to use and enables its users to not only buy and sell products but also swap and donate them!

When you join Don't Throw Me (DTM), you can:
- list your items to create your own catalogue
- chat between buyer and seller
- process payments on the marketplace
- rate the seller based on your experience

Symmetry has been a hosting client of Jump since 2011 but never had a website, so it was very exciting when Jump was engaged in 2022 to build their first ever website.

The brief - to design a visually focused website following the Laing O'Rourke brand guidelines.

The goal - to showcase the latest animation, virtual reality and 3D gaming work that Symmetry is creating for the construction industry, targeting potential new talent rather than clients.

With clear UX, subtle dynamic animation and video content the new website delivers the visual impact of the work being showcased. Using Jump's custom-CMS, Symmetry is able to manage all content within the site. Please do go and have a look!

Don’t Throw Me (DTM) is a brand-new initiative launching in Hong Kong this year. A marketplace for second hand products, passing on once-loved items and giving them a second chance at life. There are many other second-hand selling platforms available but DTM has the added feature of enabling users to not only buy but to swap with other users using the DTM credit system whilst also donating a percentage or all of the cost of the product to charity. The platform provides a wealth of information on how to fix and upcycle products providing truly sustainable options to all.

Jump has been working closely with the DTM team, first on the information site and now finalising the production of the marketplace. Coming soon!

Sheryl Bolden is the author of Sustainably Stylish, a book that looks at what sustainability within the fashion industry is, whilst empowering the reader to become a more conscious consumer. Filled with useful “tips” such as “how to edit your wardrobe”, it is a how to for “shopping sustainably”.

The Jump design team worked closely with Sheryl to conceptualise the design and then complete the press-ready layout of the book.
