many women I know would love to have the kind of job that I do, I work for a world renowned airline based in HongKong, which is one of the amazing and vibrant cities in the world. I thought it was “the best job,” because I get to travel for free and it was one that paid the bills and gave us income to live off. But I remember the specific point in time where it all came to a halt...
I remember looking at my daughter one day, that was the day my daughter talked to me about going to University, She asked me how much money do we have because she had to fill in her University Application. She enumerated the cost of tuition and living expenses for a year as it is written in the University application guide. I was silent for a few minutes, couldn’t process how to say it, that I don’t have that amount of money that she needed for university. It was there in that moment I realised, Im sick of this, I realised my job can only cover our basic needs, I am not saving for my children education. And its always been my dream (every parents in fact) to give the best education to my children, to send them to the best university because they deserve only the best. I wasn’t living a life I wanted... I was living a life I was tolerating! On top of that, I am missing out on a lot of my children's life. I remember especially when they were younger, every time I had to leave (usually away for a week), by the time I come back, they have gone on some milestones like first word, first tooth, first potty. It’s heart breaking really but i didn’t have a choice then. So I started looking for another way so I could spend time with my kids and at the same time save up money for my daughters University education. Then I saw this video online that talks about how we can use the power of the internet to earn. There are lots of people out there making money online like E-Commerce, Drop shipping, Affiliate Marketing etc. There are infact many opportunities out there, we just need to know where to look. This video opened my eyes and helped me to realize that, "oh my gosh my life could change", and now I’m in a position where i can actually do save up money for their education and spend time with my kids while doing this. I haven’t been able to quit my job yet, but the best part is that I can see it in the near future! I’m making money from my business while I’m at my job - talk about leverage!
