40 years of leadership deserves an event executed to the same standard.

In 2025, we partnered with HKIAC to produce Hong Kong Arbitration Week 2025 and its 40th anniversary celebration. Across multiple days and a packed schedule, our team handled all the planning and technology to make sure every session ran smoothly.

We’re proud to have helped make this milestone event memorable and effective for HKIAC and the global arbitration and legal community.

One month after Consensus Hong Kong 2026, the scale of the event still speaks for itself.

Hosted at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the conference brought together the global Web3 ecosystem with 350+ speakers, 1,000+ developers, 240 startups, and more than 400 side events across the city.

Behind the scenes, MCI Hong Kong & Macau led the delivery of the Hong Kong edition of Consensus, working closely with CoinDesk (part of the Bullish Group) to translate a global event concept into a successful local experience.

From coordinating venue operations and local suppliers to aligning multiple partners and stakeholders, the focus was ensuring the event could meet the expectations of one of the world’s most influential blockchain conferences while operating smoothly in the Hong Kong market.

A strong example of how global events come to life through collaboration between international vision and local expertise.

Rethinking a familiar format can unlock better experiences.

As part of delivering the CNAPS 2025, our team led planning and onsite delivery across the full programme, including conference sessions and welcome dinner.

We reimagined a core academic format by introducing large-scale e-poster displays, replacing traditional printed posters with a more flexible and sustainable solution.

Leveraging global expertise and local insight, we introduced new formats to improve sustainability, flexibility, and the overall delegate experience while ensuring everything worked smoothly onsite.

Cocktails in the sky, under the Eiffel Tower in Macau.

Building on our NBA China Games 2025 experience with the Phoenix Suns, our team designed a fully branded guest journey for the franchise, Stellar and their community at The Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower. We created a custom entrance arch, photo backdrop, and brand-inspired fortune cookies and cocktails, paired with immersive cultural entertainment and a local DJ to match the stunning views.

No two events are the same. And that's exactly how Tham likes it.

For Tham, Associate Director of Operations at MCI Macau, the real skill in events is adapting to people, not forcing processes.​

Working with teams across different offices and cultures, he knows no two projects run the same way. That is exactly what keeps the work alive and challenging.​

"The event industry teaches you there is no single way to solve a problem or execute a project. There are a million ways to do it right, and that adaptability is what makes it so exciting."

The same goes for clients. Some want to be in every detail. Others just want to feel everything is under control.​

Our job is to understand that, adjust how we work, and still hold the bar high.
