RFI participated in the 4th Marketing Exchange Forum, hosted by City University of Hong Kong, where leading scholars and business executives gathered to explore the latest developments in marketing, branding, and AI. Our Managing Director, David Ko, joined as a panelist in the session “Next-Gen Marketing: The Agentic AI Revolution,” sharing insights on advanced systems capable of autonomous decision-making and proactive interaction. The discussion delved into the practical role of AI for marketers, with panelists offering tips on how to work with AI as a true collaborator—treating it almost like a creative colleague—to unlock its full potential in driving business growth and innovation.
This year’s forum, themed "A New Playbook to Market the Future: Gen Z, AI, and Experiential Retail for Business Resilience," provided a valuable platform to exchange ideas on emerging market trends, the global evolution of Chinese brands, and the integration of design, technology, and customer experience in retail.
