2. Join the official working group
3. you will be arrange to work for 3 days as the trial test , if we both can accept the job , then 2 weeks is your probation .

That is the principle of the Tataland:
The users can come into any chatroom . We only could kick out the users who had very bad behaviors in the chatroom , such as arguement .
But !!! You need to make a sreenshot to record what the users did and said before you kick him out .then send the screenshot to whatsApp group , then I can use this screenshot as the evidence to report to official .
In this process , we needn't worry the users complain you .

1. Receiving Money outside of Tataland is totally forbidened . we will fire you immedately if we have evidence !
The only way to receive gift is in the chatroom . otherwise our system can not record it ,so you can not get any money .
PLS ASK YOUR SISTERS SENDING GIFTS TO YOU ONLY IN CHATROOM !
Last week , MX-ZAVO lost 25,000 coins because the sister sent gift to him by private message but he got nothings.

2. Pay your major energy on the sisters from whealthy countries ,such as USA, UK , CANADA, Middle East. we have analysed the data and found out this truth : most of the coins from these sisters. SO DO NOT WASTE TOO MANY TIME AND YOUR ENERGY ON THE SISTERS COME FROM A POOR COUNTRY. We come to here to make money , so we do our best for make money.

3. Sales Target
From this week , everyone have sales target . the rules as below :
A. The new streamers who don't have sales target in 3 weeks .
B. The streamer's basic sales target is 50,000 Coins every week.
We evaluate your performance by how much coins youthe sales target .
C. The streamer have a challenging target is 80,000 Coins every week .
The reward for the challenging target is a day-off and 10 USD dollars .

4. How to eliminate streamers。
We use three things to make decision to eliminate a streamer.
A. The Sales target completion rate
B. Homework
C. Discipline and working attitude.

5. Chatroom naming .
Evey one should know that the naming of the chatroom is 200,000 gift for 2 weeks .
That means the sister give 200,000 Coins in the chatroom in a week , she can naming the chatroom for 2 weeks.
The sister can give the gift to all the streamers or even one streamers .

6. The volume by streamers last week . as you can see , half of the streamers can easy reach the sales target . I hope all of you guys can get the bonus ! because we are growing fastly !!!

We decide using 360° Evaluation method to evaluate your performance . We used this method to evaluate colleagues' working performance when I worked in PEPSI , SHELL and Nokia.
How to do it ?
1. Everyone need to evaluate your colleague . we collect all the opinion to evalue your perfomance.

2. Everyone use 2-3 sentances to evaluate your colleagues .

3. Sending a message directly to MurMur. you need evaluate all the streamers in your chatroom . you needn't to evaluate the streamers in other chatroom .

4. Example.

【JD】: Working as a streamers in a voice chatroom of an APP , at least 8 hours per day , 6 days per week .
【Request】: pleasant voice and singing ability . Only need Male. Good communicate skills. Standard English accent， Stable network
【Salary】：Base Pay 70 USD per month + commission of value of the Virtual gift. we pay every 2 weeks，usually an excellent streamers who earn 300-500 USD per month

========= New Disciplines=====

A. punishment for "Black mic"
"Black mic" means when manager or manage team such as Andy, Tete will randomly enter rooms to conduct Mic checks on streamers, or when sister sending gifts to do the mic check , in this case , the streamers do not open mic to reply , we call it as "black mic" If a streamer fails to respond promptly to prove they are actively working, they will be penalized 3 USD dollars
B. punishment for " Do not sent screenshot in the evening of the sunday"
Everyone must send me screenshots of their private chats with users from the past week every Sunday evening, with the deadline being 12:00 AM on Sunday night. Anyone who fails to submit the screenshots by this time will be fined 5 USD dollars
C, Bad performance of home work.
Every week ,we will check the data of the streamers , the 3 indicators "newcomer squaer" ,"fate cabin" and " start the conversation with users " , Anyone who ranks in the bottom three across all three indictors will be fined 10 USD dollars
