Tražimo talentiranog dizajnera koji razumije vizualni storytelling i zna prenijeti strateške ciljeve u kreativne koncepte. Radit ćeš na digitalnim kampanjama, web projektima i brend identitetima za raznolike klijente, u timu koji cijeni kvalitetu i profesionalnost.

Što ćeš raditi:
• dizajn oglasnih vizuala za Meta i Google platforme
• UX/UI dizajn web stranica i landing pageva u Figmi
• kreiranje vizualnih identiteta i brand sustava
• suradnja s copywriterima i marketinškim timom
• rad na raznolikim projektima i kampanjama

Alati: Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Lightroom, Canva, Midjourney (prednost poznavanja AI alata)

Last week, Prospekt had a booth at Web Summit Qatar.

It was our first time attending as an official partner at an event of this scale - and naturally, we wondered:

As a Croatian agency, do we truly belong on a global stage like this?

Three days later, that question disappeared.

We were welcomed with genuine interest.
We had meaningful conversations.
We met inspiring founders, product teams, investors, and decision-makers.

Our work, our awards, our knowledge, and our 20 years of experience stood confidently alongside global players. Being perceived as a European company with strong design and digital expertise gave us an additional layer of credibility - and confirmed something important:

We belong in these conversations.
We are equals.
The work we create from Rijeka resonates far beyond it.

But events like this bring more than business opportunities.

They bring time together as a team.
Camel rides. Desert sunsets.
Long conversations outside the booth.
Shared impressions of a city that feels futuristic and incredibly welcoming.

Will this summit bring new projects? Very likely.

But even before any contract is signed, we’ve already gained something significant - confidence, connection, and a deeper sense of who we are and where we stand.

• iskustvo u dizajnu

Embracing the Challenge: Designing for a City’s Identity 💙🎨

With the results of The Visual Identity of the City of Zagreb now public, there has been a surge of discussions and reflections on what makes a city’s identity truly resonate. The high level of engagement shows just how much this topic matters—people want to connect with their city’s visual language and understand how it represents and affects them.

As designers, we know that it’s impossible to create a single symbol or system that will appeal to everyone. Identity isn’t something we simply accept—it’s something we grow into. For a city’s new identity to be embraced, a reveal isn’t enough; it needs a story, emotion, and time. It must be experienced in various contexts, across different applications, before it truly becomes part of the city’s fabric. Congratulations to the winners—no doubt a great deal of thought and effort went into each submitted work!

We participated as well in this tender, taking on the challenge of capturing Zagreb’s essence in designers language. Our approach was rooted in the familiar—preserving elements of the existing branding that citizens already identify with, while modernizing and refining it for contemporary use. We drew inspiration from the building blocks of the city itself—roads, bricks, pipes, tiles and architectural patterns—organizing them into a flexible and dynamic visual system adaptable for various applications.

Exploring such a profound concept—translating a city’s essence, its people, emotions, and legacy into a cohesive design—was an exciting and rewarding process. It challenged us to think deeper, experiment boldly, and expand our creative perspective. We hope you enjoy taking a look at our work! 😊🎨
