The beauty of freelancing, working on various projects and with people from different professions, lies in the continuous learning experience. In doing so, I select projects that align with my core values (such as ecology, biodiversity conservation, and promotion, civil society development, gender equality in business and education, support for small and women-owned businesses, social entrepreneurship, etc.) and adhere to the principles of conscious communications.
On the flip side, the less glamorous aspect of such work is the inability to always predict my resources and time as projects and activities sometimes overlap. The volume of information, meetings, emails, contacts, and topics requiring deeper understanding tends to increase.
Nevertheless, I choose flexibility and the position of an external consultant, and I am grateful for all the projects and people I work with. Through years of experience in large companies, NGOs, and now as a freelancer, I’ve gained valuable insights and knowledge from them, which I am continually passing on.
