1,000+ people, two stages and the biggest HR.Weekend so far!

From AI and leadership to pay transparency and everything in between, we wrapped it all up with an awards night: the first Adriatic HR Awards with 58 applications from across the region, HR Manager of the Year and Top Workplace by Luppa!

When the recognition comes from your own people, it means a little more! Here's what the Degordian group brought home from this year's HR.Weekend:

🏆 Top Workplace, Degordian group

🏆 Best of the Best, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Small Company category

🏆 Best of the Best, Serbia, Small Company category

All three are based on anonymous feedback from our employees, compared against 78 companies and 45,779 employees. Top Workplace looks at the company as a whole and requires results at least 15% above the industry average, while Best of the Best is measured market by market and goes only to workplaces that score more than 25% above the market average in their size category.

On top of that, Enstring won the Adriatic HR Award in the Recruitment category, together with Aminess Hotels & Resorts.

If you dropped by our office today, you’d notice quite a few empty desks. Today is the big day for our first-graders! We make sure all our parents get the day off so they don't miss a single second of that excited walk to the school gates. ☺️

To help our smallest Degordians kick off this new chapter, we packed them a little starter kit, and receiving these photos in our inbox just made our whole week.

We recently hosted our Detangled panel, bringing together B2B founders, marketers, and sales leaders to discuss "B2B growth motions: enterprise & startup lessons learned."

To get a well-rounded perspective, we paired Renata Devčić from Nexi Croatia, who brought the enterprise view, with Igor Kranjčec from Farseer, who brought 2the agile startup angle, while Hrvoje Pilić from Ahelon moderated the conversation.

They talked about how to build a pipeline you can actually rely on, where deals tend to fall through the cracks between marketing and sales, and what shifts once a company sets its sights on going global.
