This guy at the gym doesn’t exist.

The original clip was filmed on a regular phone. Then I used Gemini Omni Flash to replace the person in frame with Leon — an AI model I run on Instagram.

No studio. No camera crew. Just:
- a short phone video
- one clear reference photo
- one simple prompt
- a few targeted fixes

The prompt was literally:
“swap the person in the video for the one in the photo”

What mattered most:
1. Use a short, stable clip
2. Keep one person clearly visible
3. Use a strong face/body reference
4. Don’t overprompt
5. Fix details one by one: face consistency, lighting, proportions, camera movement

Also: don’t send the final video through WhatsApp if you care about quality. It compresses hard and makes everything softer on Reels.

One note: Gemini Omni availability still depends on account, region and rollout. If you don’t see it in the app, it may not be your prompt — it may simply not be available for your setup yet.

For AI-character content, this is where things get interesting.
