Deskripsi Kerja:
- Membantu proses komunikasi tim Smartek dengan klien
- Menerjemahkan rapat, dokumen, laporan, dll
- Melakukan pekerjaan koordinasi
- Membuat laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan

Requirement:
- Pria/Wanita. Usia 25-35 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Mandarin yang fluent (HSK 5), bahasa Inggris, dan bahasa Indonesia
- Pengalaman kerja menjadi professional Mandarin translator min. 2 tahun
- Can do attitude, active, good listener, discipline, good coordination and teamwork, adaptability, independent
- Mampu menjalankan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dll) dengan baik
- Domisili kota Cimahi, Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat lebih diutamakan
- Lulusan baru atau mahasiswa aktif di kampus (dengan pengalaman) dipersilahkan untuk mendaftar

Reports on digital competitiveness index in Indonesia according to the Digital Competitiveness Index 2021 and Insight Center, that the development of digital economy in a region is a long-term impact of various decisions and policies taken by government, private sector, and society

We totally agree on this point 👍🏻👍🏻

Moreover we can also see in this report, that the top 5 regions that are ready to adapt to digital are still around Java. Our concern is many existing management systems create barriers to digital progress. Often, hierarchical management structures, management leadership, and organizational silos create artificial barriers to information, impeding decision making, and, ultimately, hampering business performance
Of course, each factor has its own implications for digital transformation
