Turns 8
It's very special day for us.
8 years ago today, 3 people got together with a dream. Joined by many others who made our dream their own.
When we look back now, we feel we did good.
We lived by our values. We made our agency the best place to work. We brought home Indonesia’s first ever Cannes Lion in Sustainable Development Goals. We started new initiatives and verticals, and empowered the people behind them to become successful. We forged strong partnerships and built powerful relationships.
We won many awards, against much larger agencies. We won large businesses, against bigger competitors. We retained our people and our business against many predators. We fought bullies to protect our family. And fought corporate wars to win our independence. We became a company that prioritises people over profits.
We showed character in testing times - be it Covid or economic downturn. We did things the hard way. And we're proud of that. Because sticking to your principles is never easy. Breaking them for convenience is! And we're so proud we didn't fall for the shortcuts.
With all my heart, I want to thank everyone who became a part of our epic journey. Those who played their parts in different phases of our growth. Those who are with us today. And most importantly, those who continued to stay with us through our ups and downs. To our folks, our clients, our partners, we are grateful.
We still live by our vision - to be the most effective agency in the world.
We're still driven by our Purpose - to make audacious possible by helping brands achieve the impossible.
And we're still driven by our hunger and drive to create the best work of our lives at Moonfolks and Havas Moonfolks.
We have a long way to go. But with duch amazing people by our side, we know we'll get there.
