Brand Identity Design for Fler Cafe by Craveat

A cat was chosen as FLER’s mascot because it reflects the brand’s values beyond simply offering food and beverages. FLER aims to provide a cozy and comfortable space where people can relax and enjoy their time.

The cat mascot was illustrated in various poses and activities, allowing it to be used across different brand applications. When I proposed using the cat as part of the logo, the clients immediately agreed, as both of them are cat lovers and have several cats of their own.

The mascot was given a fun and effortlessly cool personality, featuring a swaggy pose with its signature sunglasses. The illustration can also be adapted across various brand touchpoints, such as layout elements, social media highlight covers, merchandise, stickers, and other visual materials.

FLER Cafe is a café based in Malaysia and one of the branding projects I genuinely enjoyed working on from start to finish. I was involved in developing the brand starting from the logo design, packaging, and menu design. After completing the core visual identity, the client came back for additional merchandise designs, including T-shirts, tote bags, and a sticker set. I’m also currently working on FLER Cafe’s social media content.
