Your interview does not start when you answer the first question.

Your interview starts the moment they see you.

Before you speak, they have already noticed your outfit.
Your grooming.
Your posture.
Your facial expression.
Your colour choice.
Your overall presence.
Many capable people prepare their answers very well.

But they forget one important thing.

Interview Presence Blueprint is designed for people who want to strengthen their interview first impression, especially job seekers, career switchers, postgraduates, professionals re-entering the workforce, and entrepreneurs moving into employment opportunities.

A few years ago, I started paying more attention to something I used to overlook — how people judge us before they truly know us.

There were moments in my own life where I felt the difference clearly. I knew I was capable. I knew I had experience. But I also realised something uncomfortable: if my outer image did not reflect who I was inside, people might not immediately see my value.

That realisation stayed with me.

When I first stepped into this journey, it was not easy. I had to rebuild my own confidence, learn how image, colour, body shape, style identity, and presence work together, and understand why some people look naturally credible while others keep feeling unsure even when they are good at what they do.

I also saw this struggle in many professionals, entrepreneurs, and mumtrepreneurs.

Some are very capable, but they still feel overlooked.
Some are running businesses, but their image does not align with the value they deliver.
Some mothers are growing into a new chapter, but feel disconnected from the woman they used to be.
Some professionals are ready for the next level, but their style still reflects an older version of themselves.

This inspired me to establish Style2Reflect Consultancy.

Today, my work is not about telling people to. It is deeper than that.

I help professionals, entrepreneurs, and mumtrepreneurs understand their style identity, discover colours that support them, and align their outer image with their profession, personality, lifestyle, and future direction.

Before I suggest what to wear, I want to understand the person first. Their work. Their goals. Their confidence struggles. Their daily life. Their personality. Their next chapter.

Because an image should not feel forced.
It should feel aligned.

很多人准备面试时，第一件事就是背答案。
可是他们忘了，在你开口之前，对方已经开始判断你了。

你的衣服是否合适。
你的颜色是否让你看起来精神。
你的发型、妆容、姿态、眼神，是否让人觉得你准备好了。

这些细节不会帮你回答问题。
但它会影响对方愿不愿意认真听你回答。
我不是说能力不重要。
能力当然重要。

但现实是，如果第一印象已经让人觉得你不够稳、不够专业、不够有准备，你后面讲得再好，也需要花更多力气去扭转。

很多面试失败，不是输在答案。
是输在一开始给人的感觉不够强。

如果你最近有面试，或者你身边有人在找工作，我真的建议先检查自己的第一印象。

When preparing for an interview, many focus on memorising answers but forget that the interviewer forms an impression before you speak.

Your outfit, colours, hairstyle, grooming, posture, and eye contact influence whether they'll listen seriously. Ability is important, but if your first impression seems unstable or unprofessional, you'll have to work harder to recover, as poor answers rarely cause failures; instead, weak initial impressions do.
