Pernah nggak sih kerja berjam jam tapi hasilnya biasa aja, tapi pas kerja di waktu yang lebih singkat, outputnya malah kerasa banget?

Kita sering mikir kalau kelihatan sibuk berarti kerja kita bagus. Padahal faktanya, sibuk itu belum tentu produktif.

Ini beberapa tanda yang sering kejadian saat kita kelihatan sibuk, tapi sebenarnya ga productif:
❌ Agenda penuh tapi tujuan kurang jelas.
Meeting jalan terus, diskusi panjang, tapi pulang tanpa keputusan yang benar benar impactful.
❌ Terjebak di tugas kecil yang terasa aman.�
Kelihatan aktif seharian, tapi kerjaan penting malah kelar-kelar progressnya.
❌ Semua terasa urgent.
Karena nggak ada prioritas yang jelas, semuanya kayak harus dikerjain sekarang.
❌ Jam kerja panjang tapi dampaknya minim.
Capek iya, tapi hasilnya susah diukur dan nggak ngasih perubahan yang signifikan.

Produktif itu bukan soal seberapa sibuk kelihatannya. Biasanya, produktivitas mulai muncul saat kita tahu mana yang perlu diprioritasin, kerja di waktu yang tepat, dan berani cut hal hal yang sebenernya nggak terlalu penting.

What an exciting, fun, and "sweat-filled" moment in the heart of Bandung, at the end of last year. We translated Manta Liberta’s vision of maximum performance and comfort into their latest release, the Forma Liberta Collection, brought to life through a campaign video featuring the one and only, , the true beast on the lane.

It was a great opportunity to collaborate and add our creative touch to the final output.
