Inspired by a fascinating city in northern Italy, Bolzano.

Bolzano feels like a secret world where two cultures have finally decided to hold hands. As you wander through the medieval Portici, the air is a fragrant mix of dark Italian espresso and sweet Austrian strudel, served under gothic stone arches that have stood for eight centuries.

The city's true magic lies in this constant, beautiful contrast: you might spend your morning greeting Ötzi the Iceman, a 5,300-year-old traveler frozen in time, and your afternoon riding a cable car that whisks you from sunny, Mediterranean vineyards straight into the jagged, snow-dusted peaks of the Dolomites. Here, the languages switch from Italian to German in the span of a single conversation, and dinner is just as likely to be smoky alpine Speck as it is a perfectly crafted pasta, all enjoyed under the pink glow of the mountains as the sun sets over the valley.

BMW made 1,000 S1000RRs in 2009 to satisfy World Superbike homologation requirements, but expanded production for commercial sale of the bike in 2010. It has a standard anti-lock braking system, with an optional electronic traction control.

As of 2016, it has a wet weight of 204 kg (450 lb), and produces 148.4 kW (199.0 hp; 201.8 PS) at 13,500 rpm. With 133.6 kW (179.2 hp; 181.6 PS) to the rear wheel, it was the most powerful motorcycle in the class on the dyno.

BMW S1000RR is currently the second fastest road legal bike, surpassing the Kawasaki Ninja H2 in most scenarios. It goes up to 310kmph in the latest generation and accelerates to 300kmph in just 20 seconds.

Alfa Romeo - 4C Inspired

Alfa Romeo 4C began as a daring mission to rediscover the brand's soul by fusing supercar technology with the raw, mechanical simplicity of a classic Italian racer. Led by Lorenzo Ramaciotti at Centro Stile, the design team looked to the legendary 1967 33 Stradale for inspiration.

They aimed to create a "compact supercar" that prioritized weight over raw horsepower, resulting in a machine defined by its curves and its feather-light carbon fiber monocoque—a structural core that weighed just 65 kilograms.
