If your HubSpot sequences are firing at the wrong time, or your reps keep getting notified about leads that aren't ready, the problem probably isn't a HubSpot problem.

It's that marketing and sales have never agreed on what a qualified lead actually is.

It happens all the time. And the fix is simpler than most people think. Get both teams aligned, write it down, then build your automation around the agreed definition. Once that conversation has happened, everything else gets a lot easier to configure.
