✨ Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone ✨

Today, I did something completely new—I was invited to be on the Tipp Fm panel for an Agony Aunt segment! As a life coach, I’m used to guiding and supporting people, but speaking live on air, giving advice in real-time? That was uncharted territory for me.

Was I nervous?
Absolutely.
But I said yes anyway.

This got me thinking—how often do we stay in our comfort zones because we’re afraid of the unknown? Growth doesn’t happen in the familiar; it happens when we stretch ourselves, even when it’s scary.

So, here’s my question for you: When was the last time you did something outside your comfort zone? Or is there something you’ve been avoiding because it feels unfamiliar?

How's your summer going ladies?

We've just come back from an Irish music festival in Co. Clare where the kids, hubby and myself did music classes every morning. I took up the Harp and loved it but God knows when I'll get the time to practice 🙈

The summer is lovely but lets be honest, It's Full on!
