Last week, I received my final year results from TUS Athlone and I’m absolutely delighted to have been awarded a 1:1 First Class Honours 🎓💫

The past four years have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been so lucky to take part in incredible opportunities that shaped not only my education, but also my personal and professional growth. One of the real highlights was the Digital Speaker Series, where we heard from leading voices in the industry, including LinkedIn, Gym+Coffee, and took unforgettable tours of places like Croke Park, Google, and the Guinness Storehouse.

I also had the privilege of being a Student Ambassador for three years, representing the college at the Higher Options in Dublin, creating content on TikTok, and supporting Open Days and Evenings. Being part of the TUS Digital Creators and working with the TUS Rugby team gave me even more chances to build my skills and work with amazing people.

One of the most exciting parts of my journey was joining the sports marketing volunteer programme, which helped me build connections with the GAA and ultimately helped me to secure work with Donegal GAA for my final year capstone project, an opportunity I’ll always be grateful for.

Of course, there was plenty of hard work too! But a hat I loved most was that the small class sizes meant I really got to know my classmates and my lecturers, who were always there to help and guide me. I always say this is the course that offers the perfect blend of academic learning and practical experiences

TUS Athlone, thank you for everything. I’ll truly miss it. Grateful to everyone who’s supported me over the last four years.

Delighted to be back in my old primary school, Scoil Chróine, today to celebrate the launch of the 6th class Junior Entrepreneur Programme (JEP)!

It was such a lovely experience to return as a guest judge, support the students with their product designs, and see the creativity and teamwork on display. A huge well done to all the groups involved!

Special congratulations to the winning project, Sip n Stick, who are selling custom bottles and car stickers with their local GAA club crests, best of luck with the sales! 🏐🛍️

Can someone please hit pause… because how is it the end of 2024 already?!

It’s even harder to believe I’m heading into my final semester at TUS Athlone.

This year has been packed with incredible opportunities, from celebrating one year of DigiDomhan 🎉 to designing a match programme for Roscommon GAA 🏐

I’m so grateful for every experience, both in and out of college, and for all the amazing people I’ve had the chance to work with along the way. 💻💚

Here’s to another exciting year ahead 🥂
