Digital Print Operator
As a result of continued growth in Digital Print and the expansion of our customer base, we now have a requirement for a Digital Print Operator in our Digital Printing Department.
This position involves operation of our sheet fed Ricoh Digital Presses C9210 and C9110, and also the operation of our Large Format Mimaki, Agfa Anapurna and Kongsberg print and cut devices.
Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years experience working in a similar environment and have the IT skillset to operate the front end of these Workflows and their output devices. Being able to maintain ISO standard print quality through calibration and monitoring of the output results is essential to us and to our clients.
Working in a fast paced digital print department, there is always something to be done, and always a project in a hurry, so ability to act on initiative and under direction of line manager is a strong characteristic for successful candidate.
An ability to work also with Digital Print Finishing Devices such as Morgana, Bourg, and use a Guillotine would be an distinct advantage but not essential.
Double Day Shift - 7am to 3 pm then 3 pm to 11 pm the following week. (30 min paid break)
