More than you might think.

This is me scuba diving. Probably not the first image you’d expect to see on a Style Coach’s Instagram. 😂

But actually, this photograph says a lot about my style.

I value adventure.

I value personal growth.

I love trying new things, pushing myself outside my comfort zone and having experiences that challenge me.

Those values don’t just influence how I live.

They influence what I wear.

And that’s the part of personal style that often gets overlooked.

Your style isn’t just the clothes in your wardrobe.

It’s an expression of your personality, values, lifestyle and identity.

So when I work with a woman on her style, I don’t just want to know what clothes she likes.

I want to know what makes her feel alive.

What matters to her.

How she spends her time.

What she wants more of in her life.

Who she’s becoming.

Because if adventure is part of who you are, I want to see some of that in your style.

If creativity is important to you, I want your clothes to have room for that.

If simplicity matters, your wardrobe should reflect it.

If you’re growing and changing, your style should be allowed to evolve too.

Style isn’t about looking younger.

It’s about looking like yourself.

And sometimes, looking like yourself means wearing a great dress.

And sometimes it means putting on a wetsuit and jumping into the ocean. 🤿

Your style should have room for all of you.
