TheSocialGuys Turns 5! š
What started as nothing more than a bold idea over a cup of tea has grown into something far bigger than we could have imagined.
Back then, there was no clients, no team and no guarantees, just an empty office and a belief that things could be done differently. What began as a leap into the unknown has since grown into a community and business weāre incredibly proud of.
5 years later, weāve learned that running a business isnāt about glamour or easy wins. Itās about persistence, showing up on the good days and the hard ones. Itās about building something bigger than yourself, a culture, a team, and a space where people feel they can grow, take risks, and be their true selves.
The journey hasnāt been perfect with setbacks and plenty of lessons along the way. But thatās exactly what makes this milestone worth celebrating. The Social Guys today is not just an agency, itās a collective of people, ideas, and relationships that continue to push us forward.
Weāre proud to have:
- Created 15+ jobs within the agency.
- Collaborated with hundreds of brands across Ireland and internationally.
- Built a thriving network of 1,800+ content creators.
- Been shortlisted for Network of the Year 2025.
But the real measure of success isnāt found in numbers, itās in the people. Team members, past and present, whoāve poured their hearts, talent, and creativity into the agency. The creators and freelancers whoāve brought stories to life with passion and originality. Clients and partners whoāve trusted us and believed in our vision and our loved ones for their patience, encouragement, and support behind the scenes.
To all of you: Thank you - This journey simply wouldnāt be possible without you. As we celebrate five years, weāll be marking it with a proper birthday celebration (because apparently five years in business isnāt an easy feat, so you have to throw a party š).
Looking forward, our focus remains the same: to build a culture where people thrive, to grow a network that challenges the norm, and to deliver work that inspires and disrupts. The past five years have been one hell of a journey. Hereās to the next.
