If Winter colours feel “off” on you, you’re not wrong – you’re just in the wrong subgroup.

Bright Winter – David Gandy
High saturation, sharp contrast, polished intensity. He handles electric blues, crisp whites and high-gloss tailoring without being overpowered.

Deep Winter – George Clooney
Depth first. Espresso, charcoal, oxblood, midnight navy. Heavy, grounded colours that give authority and gravity.

Pastels are colours softened with white and warmth.
Icy tones are whites with a drop of colour and cool clarity, and they are difficult to find.

They may look similar on a screen, but on the face they behave very differently: one blurs, the other sharpens.

If a colour reads sweet, it’s pastel. If it reads light itself, it’s icy.

It should be easy to recognise icy colours from pastel ones 😉
