This week we are celebrating our one year anniversary in Dublin. Check out the highlights from our launch last year in 2019. We would love to be celebrating in style again this year! It would be an understatement to say, it has been one hell of a year. Covid-19 took over 2020, however it didn't slow down our growth in Dublin.

Happy Friday Everyone!

Last week we asked our people in MarketStar to let their imagination flourish and their creative side ignite by asking them to recreate our star using anything they wanted. To make it fun, we ran it as a competition with a prize to be won.

And we were not disappointed!! I want to share with you the winners submission, it was designed by Cameron Parr who is based in our Dublin office. His submission is contemporary and reflective of our current times. Highlighting the efforts we are doing to keep ourselves, our work colleagues and family safe.

Cameron, congratulations buddy, we are all blown away how amazingly awesome this is and we thank you.

This quarter we have two Rockstars in our Dublin office. Today we look at Gary Greeley and what makes him a Rockstar at MarketStar. Tomorrow we will be sharing who the second Rockstar is, so stay tuned 😊

Gary's focus is on client satisfaction. He communicates with clarity, loves to problem solve, and insists on accountability for himself and his team. All these skills allow him to make smart decisions for his team and his client. Gary is selfless and loves to help his teammates so everyone can be successful.

There is no doubt about it, Gary has lots of empathy for his team. He deeply cares about the progression and development of his client, and his teams. When you're speaking with Gary he gives you all his attention and listens attentively. And when he's sharing his insight and advice with you, you can be sure he has your best interests at heart.

Liz who is from Venezuela, is an amazing example on how having the right attitude, growth mindset, work ethic and love for her team will take you far.

Liz started at MarketStar as an Inside Sales Account Executive and quickly became a Team Leader. Liz is also studying for her MBA in International Business Management. At times she finds it challenging to balance both work and study for her MBA. However, her natural drive and determination always has her meeting her deadlines.

Liz is able to apply what she is learning from her MBA into practice at MarketStar. She is the definition of being 'all in' and the people who truly benefit from her determination and drive is her team.

Keep up the great work Liz, you're an amazing person, leader and MarketStar would not be the same without you.

She is a stand out leader who has masterfully managed a team of reps with long tenure and performance. She presents an attitude that is contagious and is hyper-focused on going above and beyond each day. She works alongside her team, guiding and directing them with her fair solutions paralleled with her knowledge base of the Asana product.

Happy Friday Everyone ☺️ After many months, Our AMAZING Asana team took the opportunity to meet up in person, while practicing social distancing 😇 and the consensus is in, it felt good ♥️ It's the first time they had seen each other outside of a Zoom room since March, and there was lots of excitement. We hope your weekend is filled with as much excitement.
