Great to see RS Ireland featured on irish_manufacturing.com, highlighting the role they played in supporting engineering talent at this year's Formula Student competition at Silverstone.

Teams from Munster Technological University (MTU) and University College Dublin (UCD) were among a 50-strong international field taking part in the 2026 event, putting their engineering skills to the test by designing, building and racing their own single-seater cars.

Through the RS Formula Student Build Fund, teams receive €1,110 worth of products to support the design and construction of their cars, helping students turn classroom learning into valuable hands-on experience.

A brilliant opportunity for the next generation of engineers, and fantastic to see Irish teams competing on an international stage.
