It's a BIG day for a little bakery!

Not gonna lie, it's been an exhausting and MASSIVE month 🥵. We qualified for SALSA (a national food safety standard) after a full audit, and we also aced Tesco's supplier audit – which means… we're now stocking the BIG boys.

Today, we wheeled in our bread stand to an old clothing rail from Betty Red, remember the early 2000s dress shop on Strand St?!) It used to hold rolls of fabric at the super kitsch Sweet Ginger Habber dabber in Ramsey, and now it's sitting front and center in Tesco's Douglas. Talk about reusable!

It's a BIG win for real bread, standing tall next to those long-life loafers and all the junk food loaves. Super duper proud that a national retailer has welcomed us into their stores.
