Honestly, this is the part of my job nobody talks about 😂

I can sit with a client and come up with 30 content ideas without blinking.

Give me my own Instagram and suddenly I’ve forgotten every word in the English language.

I overthink what I look like.
What I sound like.
Whether people care.
Whether I’m posting too much.
Whether someone I know is going to watch it and think I’m a dose. 😂

And the funniest part?

I spend my days telling business owners “stop overthinking it and just post.”

So… I’m taking my own advice.

Because I know how hard it is to put yourself out there when it’s your face, your business and your reputation on the line.

If you’re the business owner who keeps saying, “I really need to start posting more”…

I fu***ng get it.

Post it anyway. ❤️

If your content strategy is “post when I remember” then you don’t have a content strategy.

Most small businesses don’t fail because their product is bad.

They fail because nobody knows they exist. And nobody knows they exist because they’re not showing up online.

Posting once every 6 weeks, sharing memes to your story and having a nice logo is not going to grow your business. Showing up, being consistent and actually talking to your audience is what works.

The good news? It’s not complicated. You just have to do it.
