Call it a little foodie blog dream come true. From next week ill be teaming up with Cluck Chicken in Walkinstown & Tallaght , to bring you The IrelandsGrub Spiceb-un .

They asked what I'd pick for the June Special and I came up with a burger inspired by the well loved Spicebag. The lads in the kitchen looked after the rest .

This one will be available from Tuesday in both locations , and ill have a video up on Sunday about it so stay tuned for that !

Koi Palace, Baggot St Lower 📍

Stumbled across this place on my lunchtime walk , they had only opened the day prior so I decided a bowl of braised beef noodles would be my entry into their menu, very tasty, really spot for a solo lunch, will definitely be back

Lashing rain , middle of the night, many pints, this place was like a light at the end of a tunnel . Not the best there is to be had in dublin but it did the job for the night that was in it

Fell off the wagon a little bit last week as we had a couple of days away and enjoyed some of the good weather, met up for some long overdue pints with a friend, and not really caring about my food intake.

I am however, back on said wagon this week with another order from , and will try to take advantage of the good weather and get out for plenty more walks 🚶‍♂️💪

I'm also trying to figure out if my schedule will allow for my long overdue return to boxing class, if I can fit it in once a week it'll be help a lot

Here's some of the meals I've had from this crowd to date, really enjoying them , yes I take a few minutes out of the microwave to plate them nicely before we eat 😅 you don't have to do so.
