Spring is probably the most important time for businesses to grow, as it usually brings some great opportunities. Obviously in ‘normal’ conditions the tourism sector is priming itself for throngs of vacationers to frequent our coastline Hotels and camping resorts. I know I am waiting for sense to prevail with our government (an oxymoron) to allow the 99.5% of ‘normal’ healthy people - who are not particularly susceptible to dying from Covid, to have a holiday. I am waiting to drag the cover off my camper van and head to the coast. I certainly do not want to miss another summer. By all trustworthy (non mainstream) accounts it is unlikely statistically for 99% of us to die or get sick from the Flu either, particularly as that now seems to have disappeared (it’s now counted as ‘Fluvid’).
Yes of course, protect the very vulnerable and take sensible precautions. But state/media fear mongering and paranoia has to stop. It is time now to wake up and smell the BS, I mean Roses. The natives are getting restless, plus SME businesses want their livelihood back.
