👨🏼‍🎨🎨 We thought it might be a nice gesture to give our team a small break last Friday and host a Brush Hour where our team was required to paint the person opposite them. Sorted with top tier lunch from Paul and the team at .ie prior to the event, our hopes were high. As you can imagine, within minutes this descended into an absolute farce.

You’d think that running a creative agency packed with professional designers would give us a slight advantage. You would be wrong. We had particularly high hopes for our design team, Pete, we’re looking at you, but it turns out that photoshop skills does not translate to canvas.

Thankfully, the team has thick skin, little to no offense was taken, and the “portraits” have now found a permanent home, hung proudly along our staircase, serving as a daily reminder that some of us should strictly stick to laptops.

If you’ve stepped into ZOMA HQ recently, you’ve definitely noticed the new addition to our reception desk. 🏎️💨

Meet the custom, 3D-printed ZOMA F1 car, built entirely on the brand-new 2026 regulations and aerodynamic chassis designs.

The mastermind behind this incredible piece of engineering? Our former intern, Shane Morris. Shane took the wheel on this project during his time with us, meticulously printing, assembling, and detailing the car from scratch.

He didn’t just stop at the ZOMA branding, either. Look closely at the livery and you’ll spot the logos of some of our major clients riding shotgun on the side pods.

It gets asked about by almost every visitor who walks through our doors, and it stands as a brilliant reminder of the incredible young talent we get to collaborate with here at the agency.

Massive shoutout to Shane for leaving such a creative mark on our office space! 🙌

We are absolutely delighted to support our neighbours down the road at Dun Dealgan National School! 🎒🏫

We recently made a donation to help the school fund the construction of a much-needed sensory room for their students. Sensory rooms play an incredible role in providing a calm, supportive, and inclusive space for children to thrive throughout the school day.

Being able to give even just a little back to our local community, especially when it directly impacts the well-being and education of young people right on our doorstep means the world to the team here at ZOMA.

We can’t wait to see the finished space! 🌟🧩

You may have noticed a familiar face in the latest Business Plus Magazine. 📖✨

In the latest “Out of Office” diary issue, our CEO, David Kieran, shared a look into his Saturday routine. From 6:00 AM home gym sessions cheered on by his daughters, to making weekend crêpes (if only he made the office some 😢), and balancing intense Hyrox training.

It’s easy to talk about business wins, growth, and scaling an agency, but the real drivers behind it all happen far away from a laptop. At ZOMA, we talk a lot about building impactful brands, but building a balanced life is where the real work happens. It’s a great reminder that building a successful business shouldn’t mean sacrificing health, sport, or being present for the moments that matter most.

Huge congratulations to our intern, Gbemi Arubi, on his first-ever call-up to the Ireland Under-21 squad! 🇮🇪⚽️

When he’s not doing a fantastic job with us, having been on his student placement for nearly 5 months now, Gbemi is tearing it up on the pitch for Dundalk, netting six goals and claiming a further 3 assists.

We are incredibly proud to watch his hard work pay off both in the office and on the field. The future is incredibly bright, Gbemi. Go smash it bro! 🙌⚽️

Last week, we were delighted to attend the official opening of the Dundalk Chamber’s amazing new offices on Clanbrassil Street. Before the opening we had the opportunity to meet with Dara Calleary TD, Minister for Social Protection, at the Town Hall in Dundalk to discuss business in Dundalk and current opportunities and challenges businesses face.

With AI moving from a trend to a core business engine, our conversation focused on the massive impact artificial intelligence is having on the Irish business landscape. We discussed the upcoming government fund and grants designed to support digital transformation and how businesses can strategically leverage AI to drive real-world efficiency and growth. We gave an insight into how we have developed our own business management system in just a couple of days with AI compared to months developing our previous system manually (more on this to come).

A massive congratulations to the team at Dundalk Chamber on their incredible new space right in the heart of town!

🌎🚁 What an incredible evening last Thursday at the Spirit Store for A Masterclass in Leadership in partnership with the Dundalk Chamber. The room was packed with the region’s most ambitious minds, all focused on one thing, the reality of what it takes to lead in 2026.

Sam Mulroy set the tone, sharing how high-performance sports habits provide the ultimate foundation for entrepreneurial growth. Our second panel brought together Joe McGuinness, Shóna McManus, and Brendan McGrath. From managing community-centric organisations to leading global firms through major change, their collective experience proved that whether you are in recruitment, pharma, or professional sport, excellence is a matter of discipline, micro habits and culture.

The grand finale with the brilliant Bobby Healy was a masterclass in itself, exploring the grit and resilience required to build a visionary tech company from the ground up.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the night a success, including our partners at the Dundalk Chamber and the team at the Spirit Store and A91 Street Food.

Precision. Strategy. Scale. 🧪

We are delighted to announce our next guest speaker for A Masterclass in Leadership: Vice President of Manufacturing and Ireland Site Head for WuXi Biologics, Brendan McGrath.

In an industry where there is zero margin for error, Brendan is a master of precision. For nearly a decade, he has spearheaded the Irish operations of a global pharmaceutical titan, leading a site senior leadership team through rapid expansion and major organisational change.

An accomplished executive and Six Sigma Black Belt, Brendan’s leadership is defined by analytical rigor and “Lean” efficiency. He understands exactly what it takes to manage complex operations and multi-million euro budgets while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and high-performance culture.

Tonight at the Spirit Store, Brendan will be joining our business panel to decode the science of scaling, the discipline of Lean leadership, and the reality of leading a world-class manufacturing site right here in the North East.

Public Servant. CEO. Lilywhite. ⚪️⚫️

We are thrilled to announce our next guest speaker for A Masterclass in Leadership: The CEO of Dundalk FC, Joe McGuinness.

Joe’s story is one of ultimate loyalty and transition. After a remarkable 40-year career in public service with Louth County Council, where he played a pivotal role in the progress and development of our county, Joe has stepped out of the council corridors and into the boardroom of Ireland’s most successful football club.

As the man now tasked with the daily operations of Oriel Park, Joe is bringing four decades of organisational expertise, grit, and community-building experience to the world of professional sport.

On April 30th at the Spirit Store, Joe will be sharing his unique perspective on leadership through transition, the reality of running a legacy club, and how 40 years of public service has shaped his vision for success on and off the pitch.

The lineup is now almost complete and there is very few tickets left. Don’t miss your chance to be in the room: https://events54.com/event/masterclass
