Over the last few months, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing 101 beautiful recipes from Marie O’Callaghan for a very special cookbook in aid of Down Syndrome Limerick.

It’s been a genuine labour of love for everyone involved, with people generously volunteering their time to bring the book together — and, most importantly, ALL proceeds from sales go directly to Down Syndrome Limerick.

The cookbook is now available to pre-order and, with Christmas coming, it makes a pretty ideal pressie. 🎄
