PAN Research works with clients in a range of industries including motor dealerships, restaurants, retail stores and insurance companies. A Mystery Shopper’s role is to pose as a typical customer and visit retail stores, car dealerships and restaurants. Shoppers get paid monthly for every visit or call they make. You need to:

Have online access to receive and write up your assignment. A laptop/PC is best, but you can complete it on a mobile device. Have the ability to write an objective report based on a typical customer experience. Be honest and observant. Mystery Shopping is flexible and occasional work, it is not part-time work. When you become a PAN mystery shopper you will receive emails about assignments. You can choose to apply or not. Full training is provided.
