Happy New Year from PAN Research
We have fully reopened today after the Christmas break and we're looking forward to getting stuck into some new projects - as soon as the coffee has kicked in.

What we do:
• Brands and Companies hire us to evaluate their customer experience processes – so, the service customers get in their stores, over the phone etc
• We set up a questionnaire based on what the experience *should* be.
• We assign a mystery shopper to visit the store (or call the company), and they complete the report after.
Who we are:
• We are based in Dublin, and we have been doing this for 25 years! So, we know all about measuring Customer Experience
• We are real people! We answer the phone and reply to emails.
• We work in a lot of industries – retail, motor, banking, insurance, leisure, food & beverage
• We always need more mystery shoppers from all over Ireland and Northern Ireland – link in bio to apply!
• Our shoppers are paid for each evaluation and if they have to buy something, they get reimbursed.
