Website Project Managment 💻🖱📲🌐

Digital Marketing is one of my passions, so from time to time I work with clients and give them a steer in the design and layout of their business website. Sometimes it's a new website design and sometimes it's an update to an existing website. Using copywriting,design, and proofing skills I will map out the content for the pages within the websites and I then work with a third party website developer for the technical implementation.
These are always enjoyable projects as you watch ideas evolve and morph into the finished piece.

Closing the Loop! ⛓✔♻️💯
This week I've learned so much! There was one last piece of the jigsaw for me to complete in terms of upskilling my digital marketing skills and that was Live Video 🎬📽📲 I have been aware for a long time the power of video and the huge engagement rates, reach and results it gets versus written posts.. but would you ever find me in front of the camera? Rarely!

Thanks to a 5 day Video Challenge I completed online with Amanda Delaney Mentor🌟 and 70 other members in the group I'm now equipped with new skills and experience and will hopefully be doing some Facebook Lives on my pages soon. Over the 5 days each member was tasked with uploading a Live video based on different topics set daily, safe to say we had to step out of our comfort zones and grow! It was one of those sink or swim 🏊‍♀️challenges and I survived! 🤗

Zoom Meeting Technology - Safety Etiquette📋

Few things to be mindful of to bulletproof your Zoom meetings from Zoom hackers Or 'Zoombombing'

1. Do not publish your meeting dial in codes, Meeting joining links and passwords on a public forum i.e do not publish it on your Social Media pages. Best thing is to send it to your meeting guests via email or alternatively in a Private Forum.

2. Avail of the Waiting Room function so that you can manually approve the guests you want to enter by allowing them to join when you see their name in the queue. If you see an email address or name you do not recognise do not Admit them. Like the principal that applies to face to face meetings - you wouldn't let a stranger enter the room. Same goes for online meetings.

3. Only allow the meeting organiser to share their screen. If this function is available to all participants and your meeting gets hacked then who knows what content will be shared on screen at your meeting!😱

4. You can choose to 'Lock your meeting'🔒 once the meeting has kicked off which will prevent new people from joining.

5. Update your Zoom App to the latest version so that you have the latest security in place from Zoom for your meetings! 🔐

Zoom is a brilliant platform and if we exercise best practice we can continue to have our Zoom meetings 'hacker-free' !
