P+D is delighted to announce three new additions to our Production Management Team, all through internal promotion.

Damien Bolger has been promoted to Production Manager. Having previously served as Finishing Supervisor and worked across stores, print, and die cutting, Damien brings over 30 years of experience with P+D to his new role.

Richard Fitzgerald has been appointed Warehouse and Print Supervisor. Richard has over 30 years of experience as a digital printer and brings a wealth of knowledge to the position.

Sean Nevins steps into the role of Finishing Supervisor, having previously worked as a Digital Printer. Sean will celebrate 20 years with P+D in 2026 and follows in the footsteps of his father, Dave Nevins, who worked with P+D in management roles for over 40 years.

We wish Damien, Richard, and Sean every success in their new roles.

Happy retirement to 4 of our most amazing employees. Johnny Scanlon (43 years with P+D), Mary Lloyd (39 Years), Craig Jones (33 years) and Deirdre McEvoy (30 years). A combined 145 years of experience!

They will all be missed, and we wish them happy and healthy retirements!

The end of the year is a great time to reflect.

Today we celebrated the contributions of: Trevor Walsh - 20 years service & Damien Bolger and Richard Fitzgerald who both celebrated 30 years service to P+D in 2004.

Trevor started in P+D in 2004 and is a face know to many in the Industry as he drops to contractors and clients every day. Damien and Richie started as apprentices and now Richie is a Senior Printer and Damien is head of post press finishing.

Today marks the end of an era in P+D. Dave Nevins, our longest serving team member, is retiring.

Dave Joined P+D in October 1977 as an energetic 15 year old. In the following 47 years, he has consistently been the most committed and hardest working person in the company. He has been with us through thick and thin.

There is a saying in business that “nobody is irreplaceable”. Dave is Irreplaceable. He will be missed by everyone in P+D, and we wish him a long, happy and fulfilling retirement.

Congratulations to the Irish 4 x 400m mixed relay team on their European Gold! We were proud to work with Ireland on their POP featuring their brand ambassador and superstar of the anchor leg in Rome .
