A big shout out to the The Rise and Shine Trust who wrapped up their 2026 Cycle to Lourdes last week.

80 cyclists. 15 support crew. Over 850km through France.

We've been supporting Rise & Shine on social media and design over the last few months. It was great to see an initiative like this up close.

Well done to every cyclist, volunteer, and supporter. By all accounts, a brilliant week on the road.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who supported us last Saturday for our second annual ‘Bow Tie Dip’.

There was a great atmosphere all morning, from start to finish ☺️🙌

A special mention to Bernard for his outstanding organisation of the event, and to all the volunteers whose efforts ensured everything ran seamlessly.

To all the local businesses, we thank you for your support- there are too many to name here but you know who you are! Your kind thoughts, gestures & donations were incredible both before and after the Dip.

A huge thank you to everyone for your donations, both online and offline. We are closing in on our €15,000 target - with still donations coming in.

A big shout out to the ladies and their 11th Dip. It’s something we hope to achieve in the years to come - a truly great inspiration

We are delighted to announce the final amount raised from our first ever ‘Bow Tie Dip’ was an incredible €11,636…

It was great to hand over the cheque to Jenna from It's Good 2 Talk at their head office today.

A huge thank you to each and everyone who made the event possible this year, and to the hundreds of people who donated- your money will contribute to the continued great work of It's Good 2 Talk and men’s mental services in Co.Wexford.

Date for your diary 👉 The second annual ‘Bow Tie Dip’ will take place July 19th 2025, Rosslare Strand.

Delighted to be helping out with The Bow Tie Dip and It's Good 2 Talk - this amazing event was set up to raise much needed funds for men’s mental health in Wexford!

Eileen Rowe and the Wexford DipintheNip has been running for 10 years now, raising 000’s every year for cancer charities.

It’s now up to the men across Co. Wexford to support one another. Every little bit goes a long way to make sure there is always someone on the other end of the phone to talk to.
