How can a modern, tech-savvy Gen-Z brand identity and UI/UX be created for the largest bank in Israel, Poalim Bank, as part of an employee branding campaign?
🚀 The Approach:
Recognizing that programmers are highly sought-after talents in the industry, Team Stefansky set out to create a brand identity that went beyond superficial appeal.
The idea was to weave a new narrative focusing on purpose rather than "SWAG".
The mission was clear: "Spend 50% of your life at work doing something meaningful, stop FOMO, start Poalim"
💡 The Solution: Team Stefansky embarked on a brand identity design mission for Poalim Tech, the technology division behind Poalim Bank.
The goal was to create a unique identity for the whole company and its subdivisions while maintaining a recognizable unity. The new brand identity combined innovation, finance, banking, and fintech appealing to the next generation of programmers.
Most importantly, it was purpose-driven, aimed to garner more engagement from the developers heading to the division.
📊 The Results: Through extensive research among programmers, it was found that they desire to do something meaningful in their job and that money is not a key factor.
This insight led to the creation of a motivational brand identity, UI/UX, which was purpose-driven to empower motivation around the brand culture.
The result was not just a digital brand book and UI/UX, but also printed internal advertising that echoed the new brand philosophy.
