has a rich background in organic social media marketing and uniquely understands user behaviour and the attention economy on socials in particular.

In addition to LinkedIn and Instagram, she is dominant on secondary platforms, such as X and Reddit.

Rachel originally joined WadiDigital to help us build our clients' Reddit accounts so we can further grow on the success of our GEO team.

Since joining the team, Rachel has taken on large accounts, including all of Taboola's social media.

As an Account Manager, you'll have the backing, freedom, autonomy, and expectation to run tests and experiments to improve results for all clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing new opportunities in search.

Search has changed. AI is changing how people discover, evaluate, and trust information. You’ll be responsible for helping clients win across:
- Traditional search (Google, Bing/Microsoft, YouTube)
- AI-driven discovery (Claude, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Zero-click and answer-engine environments

Using AI tools to improve client results, lead flow, and pipeline
You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to run experiments, build workflows, and use AI to drive measurable growth and optimize processes.

Reddit is B2B tech's most underrated paid channel and almost nobody is using it right.

I've spent years running Reddit ad campaigns for B2B tech companies, and here's what I've learned that you won't find in Reddit's own ad guides.

Reddit users are in research mode. They're not passively scrolling, they're actively solving problems. That changes everything about how you advertise.

What actually works in B2B tech:
- Subreddit targeting over interest targeting. Skip Reddit's interest-based audience buckets. Instead, hand-pick 8–15 highly relevant subreddits with 50K–500K members
- Lead with educational, not promotional, creative. Reddit users have exceptional ad detectors. Ads that look like ads don't work. Give them something genuinely useful: blog posts, benchmarks, teardowns, comparison guides.
- Match the voice of the subreddit. Write your ad copy the way a knowledgeable community member would write a post — direct, slightly informal, zero marketing speak.

Where most B2B teams go wrong:

They repurpose their LinkedIn creative and wonder why it flops. They target broad interests instead of specific communities. They point ads at a demo request page.

The companies I've seen win on Reddit treat it as an awareness-and-trust layer rather than a direct-response channel. They show up in the communities their buyers already trust, with content that those buyers find genuinely valuable.

Reddit is where your buyers go to get honest opinions before they talk to sales. The question is whether they're hearing about your product there, or only your competitors.

We're seeking a talented PPC Campaign Manager to join our PPC team. If you're based in Israel, have a dedicated workspace, and are passionate about performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
- 1 year hands-on experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as a PPC Campaign Manager
- Experience with Google Tag Manager: creating tags, conversions, and identifying possible issues
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and Google Slides
