ESN is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our growing and very busy product department.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from different sources and stakeholders - understand existing and future use-cases, discuss alternatives using supporting data and evaluate pros, cons & cost/effectiveness ratio

• Prioritize R&D efforts by contributing your insights to the group-level Product Roadmap

• Monitor KPIs and business success using analysis tools

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance

• Drive cross-department project management for effective ex*****on

• You shall consume hot beverages every once in a while



REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience as a technically-oriented Product Manager

• BSc in computer science/engineering/Information Systems or related

• Strong technical background

• Strong problem solving, and analytical capabilities

• A strategic thinker with hands-on data-analysis capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the trading\gaming industries

• Advantage - hands-on experience in programming \ SQL

**Email Marketing Manager **
Are you passionate about technological innovation and data-driven marketing? If so, this could be the position for you!
We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
• Manage user journeys from A-Z, plan build and analyze the journey.
• Take full ownership of retention activities via all marketing channels
• Define different segmentation for a variety of marketing activities based on database analysis.
• Produce relevant data reports and more importantly conclusions with action points.

Requirements:
High level of English – Must
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Must
experience in international markets
Experience working as a marketing CRM function in an internet company – Advantage
Experience working with SaaS like Salesforce , Eloqua
Knowledge in html- advantage
