We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern to join our dynamic team and help drive sales for our website design, development, social media marketing, and SEO services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital solutions and eager to develop their sales and communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and research potential clients in need of website design, development, social media marketing, or SEO services.
Contact prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our services.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.

Sales & Client Consultation:
Conduct initial meetings to understand client requirements and suggest the right digital solutions.
Educate potential clients on how our services can improve their online presence, branding, and business growth.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes.

Market Research & Strategy:
Research industry trends, competitors, and market demands for web development, social media marketing, and SEO.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team for optimizing sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align client expectations with service offerings.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities and potential leads.
Qualifications

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
β
Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and/or regional languages).
Basic knowledge of website design, development, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to research and generate leads through online tools.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, backlinks, on-page optimization).
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
