Quality Analyst (Manual Testing + AI Tools)

Company Overview
Prabhu Group is a technology-driven company working on Web Platforms, SaaS Products, Mobile Apps, E-commerce, and Digital Solutions. We focus on building reliable, user-friendly products and are looking for a Quality Analyst who can combine manual testing skills with AI-assisted testing to improve product quality.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Perform manual testing on web applications, SaaS platforms, and mobile-responsive websites.
Understand product requirements and convert them into test cases.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to:
Generate and improve test cases
Write clear bug reports
Create test data and testing checklists
Identify UI/UX, functional, and content-related issues.
Log bugs with proper steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.
Re-test fixes and perform regression testing.
Coordinate with developers and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
Maintain test documentation using Google Docs / Sheets or QA tools.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
Basic understanding of Websites, Web Apps, and Mobile Responsiveness.
Strong logical thinking & attention to detail.
Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases in English.
Familiarity with manual testing concepts.
Basic computer skills (Browser testing, Google Docs, Excel, Email).
Willingness to learn and use AI tools for QA work (training can be provided).
AI Skills (Important)
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for:
Test case generation
Bug description improvement
Exploratory testing checklists
Understanding that AI assists QA but does not replace human validation.
Ability to verify and validate AI-generated outputs.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of SDLC / STLC.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
